A BIT ABOUT ME
I am a Master Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner, Creator of the Bi-Lateral Eye Movement Therapy – Negative Neuro-Pathway Reversal Therapy (NNRT), Coach, Mindfulness Teacher, Trainer, Educator, Media Commentator and Author of “My Little Book of Helpfulness”.
I began practising in 2000, after leaving a stressful life in the City, thus making me exceptionally well qualified to help those dealing with the stresses and strains of modern day living.
Using my “tool box” of Hypnotherapy, NLP, EMDR, Mindfulness and Coaching, I have successfully helped many people overcome all kinds of emotional, physical and physiological conditions., thus enabling my clients to unlock the full potential of their minds – enabling them to achieve Mind, Body and Soul Balance, so they can take control of their life and become the person they’ve dreamed of being.
I am associated with the National Eczema Society helping people take control of both the physical and psychological effects of skin conditions.
I “tailor make” all my treatments for each one of my clients – because I understand that each person is a unique individual, as is each problem/issue. Needless to say all sessions are conducted in complete confidence.

what is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is similar to daydreaming or meditation, in essence an altered state of awareness thereby creating a relaxed subconscious state of mind. In this relaxed state, the subconscious is open to receiving helpful and beneficial suggestions enabling an individual reach their desired goal.
